4th Cardschat Fulltilt Freeroll Aug.31

This game today had ALOT of fun spots (will likely post a bunch of hands from it). Went out in 4th, BTN rs'd.. I was short & shoved in SB w JJ... BB flats? w 66... ugh. Was a great game though.

Sun.Aug.29, couple small priv. mtt cashes & some bb's

Sunday Aug.29th, a couple of small cashes - 3rd in ccfinder on Titan & 10th in CC Fulltilt buyin.
Some bad donkings in others - Stars CC was brutal was in top2 for half the tourney then QQ < 44 and then lose a race to same guy shortly after.
Played a few other micro mtts on Stars = real bad, lol. In the $5-20k on stars I had close to 50k in chips nearing bubble, sitting in good shape get donked & then major donked when I raised up in EP w AK, get 3callers. Flop K-T-T I cbet (big) and a guy reraises me allin.. with KJ..then hits runner runner RoyalFlush, lol. So sick.. he didn't even have a redraw on the flop.. got it in like 5to1 dog. Pathetic. THen still w close to 20bb's Utg limp, Utg1 shoves.. I shove w QQ
Still doin okay in the priv. donkaments (aside from Stars today that is).. but getting oafed in the reg. micro donkament stuff ($5 & $10).

Some more 4kingpoker success - a 2nd in the Carbon game & another 1st in the Fulltilt game (gonna set this HH aside from the Fulltilt game... was a goody!).

CC 6max 3rd of 33.. some fun hands

3rd today in CC's Fulltilt 6max tourney,... a few fun hands here.

Early levels JoeShowdown raises OTB, I 3bet in SB w 97s, he 4bets... I hit timer... & shove (as I'd done before w AA a couple times in past). He calls obv.,.. but... lol

Another hand, thebatter raises (tight player) I have 77 & don't have implied odds to flat to set-mine (his stack isn't even close to deep enough). I fold these alot though & figured If I did hit he would obv pay me off.
I hit!!.. he's first to act on a monotone flop.. he leads out 2xpot? (I think i call)

Another hand.. Danny shoves ~10bb w KQ.. I call in BB w AQ.. looks bad... phew.."Ace on the river"

The other hand.. 'catch the bluff'. This player loves to flatcall &/or defend BB & then tries to take it away when thinking his opponent is weak (he prob defends BB 1/2 the time easy). I was actually rarely raising but would on occassion as I'm obviously going to want to play pots vs this guy while in position... 'let him hang himself' This one works out nicely with set on the river.. he leads out on the river (I suppose he's repping the flush here?)

Fun hand in CC Fulltilt MTT, early levels quad 3's

This was a fun hand today & actually the timing was nice because it came right after another big hand I'd played (but unfortunately didn't get paid off on) and was vs. same opponent. The first hand I open-raised in early pos. w JTs, villain calls in blinds.. Villain donkbets flop.. I flop nutstraight & RoyalFlush draw.. I raise.. & they fold.
Then. next hand I play vs. same player.
2 limpers & w 33 in SB I complete. 4 to the flop. I lead out on a AQ3 2-tone flop with a set, they raised, I 4bet..& they flat. Turn appears to be a blank I bet they shove I call.. yay!

Aug.1st 5th in Cardschat Fulltilt Sunday Buy-in

Took a 5th in the Cardschat Sunday buyin on Fulltilt. That's 3 for 3 now in them. Long time overdue imo... for a couple of months there I ran sooooo bad in these I was beginning to wonder if there was any value in playing them.

Played just a couple of reg. MTT's on Sunday, some of the stuff was pretty ridiculous so I chose to not play very many. Here's a busto hand from the $5-20K on Stars (villain had been in every hand & had just called allin with 94 so I figured I'd just put the pile in preflop to their MP raise... they snap-called with T5s, lol).
